Episode #92 - Demystifying Our Energy Levels In Our World: An Interview With Anna Schmidt

Before you scroll past this episode, do not think that this is about ghosts, witches, goblins, and other spooky paranormal investigations that we have heard about from Hollywood and other types of dramatizations! This is all about the energies that we leave behind in our daily lives and how they can infect, sometimes even destroy, the very fabric of our lives and our relationships with others. Today's guest, Anna Schmidt, has devoted her life to the paranormal and helping her clients cleanse the "left-behind energies" that are exuded from long-forgotten physical, mental, and emotional belongings that are often not seen to the common person. However, by focusing on the intentionality of our energy patterns, we can also find common factors in the personal and professional development of ourselves (and others). Learn not only how that is possible, but be prepared to also gain invaluable skills in how the non-verbal energy we share can be important to creating meaningful engagements in our lives.

Intro:

Welcome to the podcast where relationships, confidence, and

2

:

determination all converge into

an amazing, heartfelt experience.

3

:

This is Speaking From The Heart.

4

:

Joshua: Welcome back to episode number

92 of Speaking from the Heart, and do

5

:

you sense something in the air, maybe

a different type of energy pattern,

6

:

maybe a different type of feeling in the

room that you're sitting in as you're

7

:

listening to this, or even driving?

8

:

Well, today's guest might be somebody that

you might want to call upon, especially

9

:

if you're from the great country of

Australia, which my guest is coming from.

10

:

Her name is Anna Schmidt, and Anna is

a super sensitive psychic whose passion

11

:

and career as a professional house

healer and paranormal specialist have

12

:

allowed her to learn about, and work

with, various types of energy beings

13

:

that share the earth realm with us.

14

:

She has been a psychic since

birth, and was thrust into the

15

:

paranormal world from a young age.

16

:

Initially, she was scared like

everyone else, but also had an

17

:

undeniable curiosity about the energy

beings she could sense, but not see.

18

:

This inquisitiveness compelled her

to learn more until now, where she

19

:

currently works as a paranormal house

and personal energy clearing specialist.

20

:

She has learned much on this unusual

and unique life journey, and I have to

21

:

say, that's just the underpinning of

this overall conversation, which I was

22

:

really skeptical in the beginning about

paranormal activity, because I have not

23

:

always believed in the paranormal, let

alone ghosts, and goblins, and things

24

:

of that nature, but towards the end

of the interview, I started to have a

25

:

different type of opinion about what kind

of things actually make up ourselves,

26

:

and the energy patterns that we actually

project onto others, and this unique

27

:

combination between the coaching world

and the paranormal world certainly is

28

:

played out in today's episode, and also

shows and demonstrates that there are

29

:

more things that just meet the eye, but

might actually meet in the meta, and in

30

:

that meta, we might be able to find a

lot of different things about ourselves,

31

:

and what we can ultimately achieve.

32

:

I will warn you that there have been some

technical issues during the recording

33

:

of this episode in which you might hear

some reverberation and feedback from when

34

:

I ask questions with Anna, and I truly

apologize as you're listening to this,

35

:

as you hear that echo, that you might be

able to tune it out on your own, but the

36

:

rest of the recording, and the substantial

conversation that we have, in which Anna

37

:

responds to a lot of my questions, was

not impacted during the recording process,

38

:

so I apologize in advance if that starts

to become a little bit more annoying

39

:

as we go further into this episode.

40

:

But with that, let's go to the episode.

41

:

All right.

42

:

We are here with Anna Schmidt.

43

:

Anna, thanks for sharing

your heart with us today.

44

:

Anna: Hi, Joshua.

45

:

It's great to be here with you today.

46

:

Joshua: Thank you so much.

47

:

I have to let the audience know already

that you're my third international guest

48

:

on Speaking From the Heart, so thank

you for traveling overseas to the United

49

:

States here to virtually be here with me.

50

:

I really appreciate it, so, Anna, I want

to start off this question because you are

51

:

one of these people that I haven't had on

the show yet, and I really love the fact

52

:

that you do this sort of work because

I've had people that have worked in

53

:

different types of relationship coaching.

54

:

I've had people that have worked

in some sort of weird atmosphere

55

:

of itself, whether it's with

the Church of Scientology.

56

:

You do paranormal work, so,

and I'm probably really putting

57

:

it in a big general bucket.

58

:

I would love for you to tell us

specifically what you do, just to

59

:

clarify for our audience, although I

introduced you, and what got you into

60

:

this line of work in the first place?

61

:

Anna: Ah, well, I have always been

psychically sensitive to the environment.

62

:

Ever since I was a child, I would

primarily feel energetic changes

63

:

in the environment that you can't

see, and you can't explain it.

64

:

I mean, when you're a child, you can't

tell adults that there's something else

65

:

in the room because you can't describe it.

66

:

You just don't know how to express that

without coming across as having mental

67

:

health issues, basically, so being psychic

all my life, I've just been aware of

68

:

what's around us, and I've journeyed

through lots of different psychic

69

:

skills, if you want to call them that.

70

:

I started with tarot card reading,

palmistry, numerology, but I've

71

:

always had; and you'll probably find

this a bit different or a bit odd.

72

:

I've always had a passion

for the darker energy beings.

73

:

Now, when I say passion, it's

more an interest; a curiosity.

74

:

I want to know about them.

75

:

They're not what you see in the movies,

and a lot of the experiences that I've

76

:

had through my work as a paranormal house

clearer, is that I'm interacting with

77

:

these beings sometimes on a daily basis.

78

:

When I'm clearing a person's house,

that includes their property as in

79

:

the land, the outbuildings, cars,

caravans, the property as a whole,

80

:

including the house as a building,

and these beings are present in

81

:

people's homes for specific reasons.

82

:

I won't go into the very detailed

answer, but they're basically drawn to

83

:

the energetic imprints that we create.

84

:

Everything that we think

or do creates a vibration.

85

:

Now, these beings are energy beings,

so they are pure energy and being of

86

:

the darker realm, they're attracted

to the shadow side of us, that darker

87

:

side of us, that we express when we

go through negative thoughts, negative

88

:

actions, traumas, other people's traumas,

whatever triggers you in an emotional

89

:

way, creates that vibration, and when

those vibrations build up in homes, or

90

:

actually within people, within their

pets, within their cars, wherever

91

:

they sit, sleep, lay, whatever they

touch, leaves an imprint, as I call it,

92

:

which is just an energetic vibration.

93

:

It attracts these energy beings.

94

:

They're not really

interested in us as people.

95

:

They love what we create,

because we are very emotional.

96

:

Joshua: Yeah.

97

:

When you say what we create, do you mean,

for example, I might be leaving an imprint

98

:

of something negative in a room, and you

could sense that, even if I'm long gone?

99

:

Is that what you're referring to?

100

:

Anna: Absolutely.

101

:

That is exactly what I was getting to.

102

:

I was going to give some examples.

103

:

I'm very much experience based, as I

share lots of examples with people.

104

:

A couple are arguing.

105

:

If they've got a bit of trouble going

on in their relationship, if they're

106

:

having difficulties and they're arguing

all the time, there's physical violence;

107

:

there might be alcohol involved.

108

:

They're ranting and raving and they're

thinking that they hate each other,

109

:

or they resent each other, or they're

anxious, or worried, or stressed, or

110

:

burdened, buildups of those particular

emotional imprints, so we use resentment

111

:

as an example, so if you really,

really resent your partner in the

112

:

bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, when you

sit in the lounge room, you stew away

113

:

in your chair about how much you hate

and resent your partner, that is going

114

:

to build up an energetic imprint in

that location, so I'm really good.

115

:

I've developed my own method

of sensing these beings.

116

:

Now, I don't have to generally walk

into a place because I live in Tasmania,

117

:

which is a little tiny island at the

bottom of Australia, and I work worldwide

118

:

with what I do, so I work through a

floor plan of the home for each floor.

119

:

I work through photos.

120

:

I have permission of the person

who owns the property, and I ask

121

:

permission; I suppose you could

call it universal permission, to

122

:

enter that property energetically,

and it's hard to explain how it

123

:

works, but I just know how it works.

124

:

When I look through the floor plan, I use

my dowsing, so I don't use copper rods.

125

:

I use a pendulum because it's just

quicker, more accurate, and you would

126

:

be surprised what you can find in a

home, whether it be a one year old,

127

:

10 years old, a hundred years old.

128

:

I've worked on a property in Italy.

129

:

A farmhouse that was divided into three

homes, so it was divided up into three

130

:

different living areas for three different

families, and next to one area was a

131

:

chapel that was built in the 1300s.

132

:

Now this chapel had seen the

middle age behaviours of people;

133

:

you're talking medieval times.

134

:

Before I could even enter the third of

the farmhouse that I was employed to

135

:

clear by the family that lived there,

the lady sent me a photo and I'm like,

136

:

"What is that building?", I said.

137

:

"Before I even look at your home, I have

to work on that building.", and she said,

138

:

"That's very interesting", because along

that wall in her kitchen and above into

139

:

the bedroom, the master bedroom, they

get a lot of mold, a lot of smells, a

140

:

lot of issues coming from that side of

the house, and I went, "You know what?

141

:

It's coming from the chapel.", so

that's one of the oldest jobs that I've

142

:

had to do, and it took me a couple of

weeks to unpack all the information

143

:

around that, because when you do

energy work, I don't skim the surface.

144

:

I put on my Sherlock Holmes hat,

and I will do the detective work.

145

:

And when I write people, their

written report, it's very detailed.

146

:

Joshua: I think that I've heard of this

in other ways, especially inwardly.

147

:

I have had people do Reiki.

148

:

I don't know if you're ever familiar

with that, but in the United States,

149

:

especially, I know it's really popular

where we have the energy that surrounds

150

:

us and being able to be attuned to that.

151

:

I almost feel like you do that in a

way that is outward bound, as opposed

152

:

to inward bound and kind of looking

at what is happening around us.

153

:

I almost feel like you have a little bit

of a historian sort of aspect to your job.

154

:

Is that true?

155

:

Anna: Oh, absolutely.

156

:

It's an interesting way is that homes

have history, and what I find is that the

157

:

emotional imprints in the home tell the

story of what has happened in the home.

158

:

I hope it's okay to give an example.

159

:

It's very relevant.

160

:

Joshua: Absolutely.

161

:

Anna: I've worked on a local home

here in Tasmania, very recently, and

162

:

the lady pinpointed one particular

area that had bad smells in the

163

:

room, it felt uncomfortable.

164

:

She didn't like going in there.

165

:

It was her family home that they'd

lived in for like 40 years, so when

166

:

I looked at the floor plan, I went,

"Oh no, I need to leave that till

167

:

last.", and how do I know that?

168

:

It's because I'm very, very

energetically sensitive.

169

:

As soon as I ask permission to tune into a

home or a property, the paranormal beings

170

:

that are present, within that property,

they start coming my way, because when

171

:

you tune into a property, you're doing

what I call creating an energy cord, so

172

:

I'm doing that intentionally, and when

I finish the job, I always make sure

173

:

that I am completely disconnected from

that property, so that the energy is

174

:

all separate, so I worked around this

property, and I left that particular area

175

:

within the center of the home till last.

176

:

The time came to do that part of the

home, so I'm sitting there going, "There's

177

:

something really, really unsettling."

178

:

I started to suddenly get

brain fog and I felt unwell.

179

:

My energy changed, so I knew

there was something there.

180

:

Anyway, I did my dowsing, I identified

the emotional imprints, and as I'm

181

:

sitting there, like I said initially,

I very much feel psychic energy, feel

182

:

paranormal beings, but sometimes spirits,

when they want to communicate with

183

:

you, you will see them, they will talk

to you, and as I'm just sitting here,

184

:

just quietly doing my dowsing with my

pendulum, I heard in my ear, "Shhh.

185

:

He won't find me here."

186

:

Joshua: Oh boy.

187

:

Anna: And I went, "Whoa!",

and I got all tingly.

188

:

I felt a little bit sad, like I felt

emotions of sadness, grief, despair,

189

:

sorrow, and I kept hearing it, and

as I'm hearing it, I'm putting my

190

:

index finger to my mouth and I'm

repeating it and I'm going, "Ah.

191

:

I need to check this house

for domestic violence.

192

:

I need to check this house for alcoholism,

possibly substance abuse.", and this

193

:

woman, it was a middle aged woman.

194

:

I just got quick flashes

of what she looked like.

195

:

What she looked like wasn't relevant.

196

:

It was the fact that she was communicating

a need, and I kept hearing this, "Shh.

197

:

He won't find me here."

198

:

Now this little area, yeah, this room.

199

:

The lady who employed me for the

job, specified that there was a

200

:

doorway that had been sealed over.

201

:

I was a little bit curious, and especially

where it was located in this home, I

202

:

think, from what I unpacked with all the

emotional imprints in that area of the

203

:

home, and then all the alcoholism imprints

that I found dotted through the house,

204

:

that very possibly there'd been some

years of domestic violence where a woman

205

:

had to find a place in the house to hide.

206

:

Joshua: Hmm.

207

:

That is interesting in itself because

that room, or that area might have that

208

:

concentration of that energy too, so it's

almost like following the breadcrumbs

209

:

and getting to where you need to be.

210

:

I think it's really interesting, Anna,

that we all have this energy that we

211

:

expel, and I was literally thinking

of the fact that it doesn't matter

212

:

what it is, whether you're addicted to

pornography, whether you have domestic

213

:

violence in your life that has happened.

214

:

We all give off a certain aura, and

whether we are at the various stages

215

:

of it, it has an energy signature

of itself, and I find that really

216

:

fascinating because as I was even

looking at your website, to kind of

217

:

pivot this conversation a bit, I noticed

that you give energy clearing sessions.

218

:

Can you talk a little bit about how that

process works if a client would want to

219

:

engage in that type of activity with you?

220

:

Anna: Ah, so as I have explained

earlier, wherever we sit, lay,

221

:

sleep, sort of anything that

we touch, we leave an imprint.

222

:

I'll use resentment as an example again.

223

:

If you're really resentful about a

situation at work or a person, where

224

:

are you creating that resentment?

225

:

in your mind?

226

:

In your body?

227

:

Within your brain?

228

:

Your governing meridian line, which is a

system of energy lines that runs through

229

:

the body; in your crown chakra, which is

on top of the head, the brow chakra, so

230

:

all that thinking about resenting someone

creates these buildups of energetic

231

:

imprints within people, and they have

done; I don't like using the word exorcism

232

:

because it creates certain images and

emotions and visuals for people, but you'd

233

:

be surprised how many people if they carry

more than- this is just a general number,

234

:

about eight to ten demonic level beings,

which is just a dense energy being.

235

:

They just carry a very dense vibration.

236

:

They love things like hatred,

resentment, rage, anger, hostility,

237

:

all the really heavy, heavy emotions;

fear, paranoia, things like that.

238

:

They can actually enter people's energy

fields through tears in the energy

239

:

field, through courting to other people.

240

:

Now, when I do my podcast, it's all about

educating people in a non fear based way.

241

:

I don't do the paranormal drama and

the jump scares and all that rubbish.

242

:

That's horror.

243

:

That's Hollywood.

244

:

I educate people about the

possibility that they may have

245

:

paranormal beings within themselves.

246

:

Now, one thing I really want

to stipulate is the devil can

247

:

never make you do anything.

248

:

What these paranormal beings

do, they're very, very clever.

249

:

They enhance what is already there, so

that they're able to read our energy, so

250

:

if you're someone that has mental health

issues, and you're using marijuana,

251

:

or you're taking some other sort of

recreational drug to mask that, or

252

:

you're drinking a lot because you've got

mental health issues, and you haven't

253

:

been to a counselor, haven't dealt with

it, you're building up these emotional

254

:

imprints within yourself because of

your mental health issue, plus you're

255

:

adding whatever addiction, whether it

be the alcoholism or the drugs on top,

256

:

they're all lower vibrational activities.

257

:

Anything like hoarding, excessive

gambling, excessive drinking.

258

:

I don't mean a wine with your

dinner, but you're talking a

259

:

bottle of scotch every night type.

260

:

If you're using those activities as

a crutch to help you, like a Band

261

:

Aid, to get through some sort of

emotional trauma, then they are going

262

:

to attract paranormal beings into

your physical body, organs, chakras,

263

:

meridian lines, or your energy field.

264

:

Joshua: So, in a way, when I hear this,

it's almost like when we have mental

265

:

health struggles, especially after the

COVID pandemic that has affected the

266

:

world, especially here in the United

States, there's been quite of awareness

267

:

about needing more assistance, needing

more help, putting thousands of millions

268

:

of billions of dollars into helping

others to kind of get to that other side.

269

:

Would you say, in a way, that if we're

able to work on our energies, meaning,

270

:

the ways in which we project ourselves,

that might be leading ourselves into

271

:

a more healthy lifestyle, might help

change the energy flow inside our bodies?

272

:

Is that what you're saying?

273

:

Anna: Absolutely, and I am proof

that this works, because I'm a big

274

:

resentment creator, and this is

why I use resentment as an example.

275

:

If someone annoys me, I'm

going to ruminate about it.

276

:

When I'm eating, when I'm sleeping,

when I'm thinking, when I'm in the

277

:

shower, I'm thinking about how much this

person annoyed me, and I know that if I

278

:

think about the negative side of what's

something that's happened to someone

279

:

and create resentment for a long period,

which is maybe two, three, four, five, six

280

:

days or longer, I draw these paranormal

beings in, because they love resentment.

281

:

They love whatever your trigger is, so

for me I've learnt, they're very great

282

:

teachers, they teach us what we need

to work on within ourselves, but the

283

:

thing is, you have to want to do it.

284

:

Just because I've identified that I

create resentment, I might not want to

285

:

work on that, so therefore, I'm just

going to keep attracting paranormal

286

:

beings, and resentment can turn to hate.

287

:

It can turn to, oh, you know,

all sorts of anger and hostility

288

:

and rage towards someone.

289

:

You don't want to go there, so if these

beings identify through the energetic

290

:

imprint clearings that I do for people,

I always give people very detailed

291

:

reports, so they'll see what their

triggers are, and I outline the period

292

:

of time when it was created and I'll say,

"Look, what happened to you six months

293

:

ago, because most of these imprints

are coming from that timeframe.", and

294

:

they'll go, "Oh, I lost my job, or my dad

died, or my partner walked out on me."

295

:

Therefore, that person is still in grief.

296

:

They're still struggling.

297

:

They need to see a

mental health counselor.

298

:

Joshua: I can't tell you how

important it is to hear that.

299

:

It's not just what we do as coaches that

we also need to recognize the importance

300

:

of seeking professional help, and in the

United States, I have preached this so

301

:

much about the importance of being able

to reach a medical doctor, a therapist, a

302

:

psychiatrist, things of that nature, and

even people that I've known have given

303

:

off this aura of energy that, "Yeah.

304

:

I can feel something deep inside

of them that I know that they're

305

:

able to unlock and within them."

306

:

I call it the best versions of

themselves, which my listeners have

307

:

heard repeatedly and they probably

want to say, "Stop saying that Josh.

308

:

I know it's about being the best

version of yourself", but I think

309

:

it's so important to hear that,

because it's a two part process.

310

:

It's not only getting some strategies and

coping with helping with a therapist or

311

:

somebody as a professional, but working

with a coach helps to also put those

312

:

things into practical aspects of our

lives so that we can continuously practice

313

:

building off the foundations of what

professional help provides, so I love

314

:

hearing that because I think they do go

hand in hand and hearing that from you and

315

:

what you do with that is something that

I don't think I've ever heard of other

316

:

coaches do, which is really going back,

feeling what the energy is, being able to

317

:

do an assessment, and kind of pull some

of those things to the surface because

318

:

sometimes we bury those things too.

319

:

I want to talk about

your book that you wrote.

320

:

You wrote the book, Your Psychic Self:

How To Walk A Psychic Path And Own It.

321

:

I was wondering, what was some of

the motivation of writing the book?

322

:

Obviously it's because of your work,

but why put it down in writing, because

323

:

I have always found fascinating with

authors that I've had on the show

324

:

about what they do with writing it,

but there's always a motivation, an

325

:

intrinsic value of writing it down

personally, so I'd love to hear that.

326

:

I'm sure my listeners would too.

327

:

Anna: Ah.

328

:

I am very much about motivating

people to help themselves,

329

:

so, just a tiny example here.

330

:

When I was a card reader, or I used

to do neurology or palmistry, people

331

:

would give their power away and they're

like, "I want you to solve my problem

332

:

for me.", and I would be like, "Okay,

I'll help you with this reading,

333

:

but there's going to be questions.

334

:

There's going to be homework.

335

:

There's always homework", so

working on your psychic abilities

336

:

is about recognizing your skills,

so I'm a feeler first, so I

337

:

understand that I'm class sentient.

338

:

I feel the energy, so what are some

of the strategies that I can use to

339

:

practice developing those skills, so

your psychic self is all about a six

340

:

week program that people can use to help

themselves get their psychic abilities

341

:

happening, because we all have the

skills, but a lot of people don't utilize

342

:

it, or they're too scared to utilize

it, or they're frightened because they

343

:

think it's going to attract the devil,

which I've heard before, which is utter

344

:

rubbish, but we won't go down that path,

but it's about owning it and going, you

345

:

know what, I've always felt different.

346

:

I know I can do this.

347

:

It's about being accountable and putting

yourself out there to have a go, so

348

:

I used to do a lot of life coaching.

349

:

I'm more now about the paranormal house

clearing is that I will still say to

350

:

people, "There are things in your home

that need addressing that have been

351

:

there since you and your family have

moved in", and they'll go, "Oh yes.

352

:

I know, but no one wants to deal with

it.", and I'll say to them, "If it's not

353

:

dealt with, the buildups are going to

occur again of those emotional imprints,

354

:

and what's that going to attract?",

and they'll just look at me in fear

355

:

and I said, "The paranormal beings

are just going to come back", because

356

:

paranormal beings are energy feeders.

357

:

You take away their food source, which

is what I do when I go into the home,

358

:

so I clean it, clear it, cleanse it.

359

:

They just go elsewhere.

360

:

I just release them from the home

back out into the environment.

361

:

Now I wrote a second book.

362

:

Can I talk about that too?

363

:

Joshua: Yeah, I thought you

had written a second book, so

364

:

yes, please share it with us.

365

:

Anna: This is at the

other end of the scale.

366

:

Everyone wants to talk about

psychic abilities: working with

367

:

angels, archangels, and so forth.

368

:

That's all happy, lovely, fluffy stuff.

369

:

I'm all about the hardcore,

challenging people's perspectives.

370

:

This is why I talk about the dark

and the demonic beings, in a non-fear

371

:

based way, because simply, like I

just said, they're energy feeders.

372

:

When you understand what attracts them,

this is why I wrote the second book.

373

:

It's six sections, and

mind you, I'm not a writer.

374

:

I have no training in writing,

no uni degrees, nothing.

375

:

I was simply badgered by my spirit

guides until I put this information

376

:

out there for people, so my second

book is called The Darkness Around Us,

377

:

and I call it a paranormal handbook,

so all the information within this

378

:

book is about what I've learned

through my 30 years plus journey of

379

:

working with dark and demonic beings.

380

:

The first section is all about I identify

different types of paranormal beings.

381

:

I do include spirits as a reference,

but I don't really talk about them

382

:

because they're more human soul energy

that has left the physical body.

383

:

I'm talking about your dark energy beings

that have never been in human form, so

384

:

the first section is the definition.

385

:

The second section is all about

different signs and symptoms that

386

:

you may feel that aren't medical.

387

:

All mental health issues, I always

stipulate that, like you said earlier, I

388

:

look at energy workers third on the list.

389

:

It's medical first, mental health

second, energetic third, so if the

390

:

first two don't solve your problem,

most likely your issue is maybe 100

391

:

percent, or partially energetic.

392

:

We're holistic beings.

393

:

We need all those three approaches,

so the second section outlines

394

:

many, many, many signs and symptoms.

395

:

Section three is all about how these

beings attach to you, so I give away

396

:

all this sneaky tricks and tactics

that I've learned, that I've felt

397

:

that my customers and my clients

have experienced over the years.

398

:

Now, the fourth section is I give people

some simple methods they can use to

399

:

cleanse their home of low level dark

energy beings and some spirit energies,

400

:

but when you've got demonic level beings

in your home, they're there for the

401

:

really high level action and activities

that people have got; that they've

402

:

gone about in their home, so you really

need someone like me to come in, do the

403

:

energetic work, do the detective work.

404

:

A lot of people- now I might

get some eye roll on here.

405

:

A lot of people use sage and

drumming and crystals and going

406

:

around their house banging a drum.

407

:

Joshua: Yes.

408

:

Anna: Those activities are for raising

the vibration of your home once the

409

:

paranormal beings are removed, because

if you've got an imprint of hatred in

410

:

a room, say someone died in their room,

and they hated that person and there

411

:

was some sort of issues going on and

the whole house was filled with hatred,

412

:

going around saving and banging a

drum is not going to shift the hatred.

413

:

It has to be identified: the time

periods, how many paranormal beings

414

:

are present, why they're there, what

else they're attached to in the home.

415

:

It's never simple and there's never

one, so my book is a handbook, it is

416

:

really, really interesting, and anyone

who wants to understand the paranormal

417

:

world from a really non fear based

way, it's just an educational booklet.

418

:

Joshua: I will put both of those books

in the episode notes in case anybody

419

:

wants to check them out, and even

for my listeners here in the United

420

:

States, it is available on Amazon

so you can order it through there.

421

:

Anna, I just want to quickly

cover the fact that you're

422

:

also a fellow podcast host.

423

:

You actually have your own podcast

called the Perfectly Paranormal Podcast.

424

:

I was wondering if you just want

to briefly touch upon what you talk

425

:

about on your show, because I imagine

that you have over three decades

426

:

worth of experience that you talk

about being as part of that show.

427

:

Anna: Yeah, yeah.

428

:

The podcast is an extension of the

YouTube channel that I started, the

429

:

books, the website, it's connected to my

work, and what I find is that when you

430

:

share real life paranormal experiences

with people, they can go, "Wow.

431

:

I relate to that.", and then

they'll contact me and go, "Look,

432

:

there's something in my house.

433

:

We keep cleaning it.

434

:

We keep saging it.

435

:

We have drumming sessions, meditation and

so forth, and it's just not fixing it.

436

:

There is something that

makes me feel unwell.

437

:

I can't sleep.", so the podcast

is about educating people through

438

:

sharing the stories, things that I've

experienced, and whenever I share

439

:

a client story, I always change the

name, the location and the gender,

440

:

so nobody knows who is what, because

it's purely about educating people.

441

:

Now, there's not a lot of podcasts

that talk paranormal the way I do,

442

:

so I don't have a huge following.

443

:

It's really interesting.

444

:

When you make it real, they

don't want to know about it.

445

:

If it's scary and spooky, and you're

wandering around an old building,

446

:

screaming, and things are being thrown

at you, people want paranormal drama.

447

:

I don't do that.

448

:

I deliver it in a real way

that makes it relatable.

449

:

Joshua: As I always say here on Speaking

From The Heart, I'm always about having

450

:

authentic conversations with people from

all various backgrounds, and I always

451

:

appreciate the different viewpoints that

I hear on this show, because I think

452

:

that we all live in different lenses

of what we view, and I think we all

453

:

have something to learn from that, so

I think it's really interesting that

454

:

you'd have a unique take to it, and I do

encourage my listeners to check out the

455

:

Perfectly Paranormal podcast for that

reason alone, because it isn't like how

456

:

Hollywood does it with all the scary

movies that they do here and I think that

457

:

it doesn't have the right authenticity

as it comes to really showcasing what

458

:

is really out there in the world.

459

:

Anna, we're almost near the end

of our time, but I have one final

460

:

question for you, which is really

about your experience, because you've

461

:

been doing this for a very long time.

462

:

As a matter of fact, you've been

doing coaching for a very long

463

:

time, much more than I've been.

464

:

I've been only open for a little

over a year, and I don't even hold

465

:

a candle to what you do whatsoever,

which I find very fascinating because

466

:

we all come at different angles.

467

:

Could you share, what is one thing

that you have learned in your

468

:

work that has changed you and

has made you who you are today?

469

:

In other words, is there a unique

experience that you've had that has

470

:

impacted you and has made you a better

person, maybe even a better coach, maybe

471

:

even a better business owner as a whole?

472

:

Anna: That's a tricky one, but I think

is that I've always been different.

473

:

Even as a child, i've always had

different perspective, always seen

474

:

things from a different angle,

and I've always stuck with that.

475

:

I've never let myself be swayed

by society or mainstream thinking.

476

:

I've always authentically shared

my experiences, my clients

477

:

experiences, and I think this is

now why that I am busy every day.

478

:

I work seven days a week with my

house clearing business and my

479

:

personal clearing business, because

people are just starting to get the

480

:

message and they like my genuineness.

481

:

They like the fact that

there's no bells or whistles.

482

:

I had someone actually told me that

I didn't look like I worked with the

483

:

paranormal because I don't wear black.

484

:

I don't wear black makeup.

485

:

My picture on everything is this

really lovely sort of pink and

486

:

purple background and me sitting

there in a white top, smiling.

487

:

I mean, this is me.

488

:

This is who I am.

489

:

I'm not going to change the way I

look and what I talk about to suit

490

:

what mainstream people think; the

paranormal should be about, so I've

491

:

always been a bit of a rebel even at 55.

492

:

I'm still doing it.

493

:

Joshua: Well at 37 now I'm really a rebel

then if that's the case because I keep

494

:

on plowing ahead and keep on challenging

the status quo, so kudos to you.

495

:

I'm glad that we have two

rebels here doing that.

496

:

Woo-hoo!

497

:

Anna I want to say thank you

so much for being on the show.

498

:

How can people reach out to you

if they have any further questions

499

:

about what you shared today?

500

:

How can they access the podcast?

501

:

If they are interested in having

an energy clearing session with you

502

:

or even having a house clearing?

503

:

How can they get in touch with you?

504

:

I'll give you these last

few moments to share that.

505

:

Anna: Sure.

506

:

If anyone's interested in a

paranormal house clearing, or an

507

:

energy clearing, or just have a

conversation about the paranormal,

508

:

share their stories on my podcast.

509

:

You can contact me through my website,

which is spiritual-being.com.au.

510

:

You'll need to put the description

somewhere because I have a hyphen

511

:

in the name, which is probably a bad

move, but it's what I went with, or

512

:

you can contact me through my email,

which is spiritualbeing44@gmail.com.

513

:

Joshua: Awesome, and I think that it

is a unique name and I actually like it

514

:

with the hyphen, so I'm glad you didn't

decide to remove it and be like everybody

515

:

else, so thank you for doing that, and

I will have all of that in the episode

516

:

notes, including the books that we talked

about earlier, and also a link to your

517

:

podcast as well, but Anna, I have to

say, this is probably one of the more

518

:

unusual episodes in which I have had

the privilege of talking to someone,

519

:

not only internationally, but also does

house clearing of the energies that

520

:

surround us, but with that unusualness

becomes a special gift that I think that

521

:

we all get to have, which is to be self

aware about what we put out there in

522

:

the world when it comes to our energy,

the way in which we focus, the ways in

523

:

which we can create that best version of

ourselves, which I always preach to my

524

:

clients and even preach to my listeners

here, but for all those reasons, and for

525

:

everything that you do in this world,

even in Tasmania, Australia, Anna, thanks

526

:

for being on Speaking From The Heart.

527

:

It was really an honor to hear you today,

and maybe I might book you for a house

528

:

clearing at some point in the future.

529

:

Anna: Thanks, Joshua.

530

:

It's been great speaking with you today.

531

:

Joshua: I want to thank Anna again for

being part of the show and being yet

532

:

another international guest that we've

been able to feature, and I always say

533

:

that we always learn a lot of different

things from our international guests,

534

:

especially when it comes to improving

ourselves, not only in the outside world,

535

:

but also with what we exhibit as different

types of energy, and I think that we have

536

:

to understand that the aura that we leave

has an impression in itself that we leave

537

:

on others, but I also have to really

speculate, especially after conducting

538

:

this interview, about the importance of

knowing all the facts before you start

539

:

to make its own conclusions, because

paranormal or not, there are beings that

540

:

are all around us that we have to pay

attention to that all have different types

541

:

of energy levels that we interact with.

542

:

Whether it's on a high scale, a low

scale, or something that falls in between

543

:

both high and low, we have to be able

to understand that governing median

544

:

line that Anna talked about, which is

really the question of where does your

545

:

energy actually build up inside of you?

546

:

I know for me personally, it builds up

in my chest, and it often accumulates

547

:

into this big ball of concentrated energy

that usually is very explosive in nature.

548

:

It doesn't really have a purpose, and

it doesn't really do much of anything,

549

:

so that's why I've been intentionally

working on, since I've been able to

550

:

talk to Anna, about using my energy

in such a positive, conductive way,

551

:

and I know that's not really easy to

do, and I easily fall flat on my face

552

:

every time that I try to perform this

exercise, but when you think about it,

553

:

and you think about the fact that all

of us have different patterns that we

554

:

have gotten used to over the years, we

often find change to be very difficult.

555

:

Sound familiar?

556

:

It's not anything different from what

we've talked about when it comes to

557

:

personal and professional development on

this show, let alone the different things

558

:

that we have to create as opportunities,

but yet, when we talk about energy and

559

:

utilizing what we want to have as that

projection, sometimes we might come out

560

:

too forceful, and we might come out too

sincere, while at the same time, we might

561

:

be too quiet, but also too insincere about

what our intentions are for using that

562

:

energy, so we really attract who we want.

563

:

Look at what we exude every

time we go out to the grocery

564

:

store; pick out a few items.

565

:

Even if it is just to pick up a pizza,

pick up fast food, pick up anything,

566

:

our dry cleaning, our mail; anything

that you do on a daily basis exudes some

567

:

sort of energy, but not the physical

energy that you often think about.

568

:

Now, if I had another fitness expert on

the show, we would easily dive into the

569

:

conversation of energy, calories, how

that expands and burns into metabolism,

570

:

how that creates that metabolism then

to work our bodies, be able to then do

571

:

what we need to do, but I think this

is a different type of energy all along

572

:

that we should be considering and talking

about, which leads into the age old

573

:

question: Do you want to own up to what

you're portraying in this world, or do

574

:

you not, and I think that's why it's so

interesting to talk about the paranormal,

575

:

because a lot of those spirits, a lot of

those mediums, that we often talk about

576

:

in our own lives, lie dormant in a lot of

different possibilities and personalities,

577

:

that oftentimes are not listened to.

578

:

They're not taken care of.

579

:

They're not even considered as part

of the overall conversation, and I

580

:

think that we have to deal with those

difficult aspects, as Anna was even

581

:

mentioning in this show, which relates

to the darkness that is around us.

582

:

We have to focus on not just the mental

and the physical, not just the medical

583

:

aspects of it too, because we need to

take care of ourselves, but that mental

584

:

energy as well, and she said it in a

specific order that I think is worth

585

:

repeating: the medical, the mental,

and the energy, all in that order.

586

:

We need to be able to take care of what

is really necessary in that format, but

587

:

don't be swayed by the mainstream media

and all those bells and whistles that we

588

:

see, especially all those television shows

and all those horror projections that we

589

:

often watch, because it isn't all about

the bells and whistles and the screams.

590

:

Usually those that are suffering the most

exude different types of energy levels

591

:

for a variety of different reasons.

592

:

It often reminds me of when I was a

child growing up, and I always wondered

593

:

why I was so loud, and why I could

not contain myself in my excitement

594

:

about a number of different things.

595

:

It wasn't just that normal childhood

curiosity of maybe getting a gift at

596

:

Christmas, let alone the different

things that we often receive as

597

:

gifts throughout our lives, whether

it's for a celebration, it's for a

598

:

birthday, or other sort of occasion.

599

:

There was always something a little

bit different about the way in which

600

:

my energy exuded towards others.

601

:

Some people liked it, while a lot

of people didn't like it, and I

602

:

often struggled why they didn't

like it, and I never really got good

603

:

answers as to why my aura Was not

leaving a good impression on others.

604

:

Then it finally clicked within the last

year, which I've shared with all of you

605

:

about my autism diagnosis, and how that

has radically shifted my perspective of

606

:

the variety of different things that I am

going through in my life to now realize

607

:

my true potential, and being able to give

others that quality experience, especially

608

:

in the coaching realm, whether it's for

personal or professional development, but

609

:

I now understand why I'm attracted so much

to public speaking, because that allows

610

:

for unlimited amount of energy to be shown

in a wide variety of creative formats,

611

:

but we need to find that median line that

governs us, not just with what energy we

612

:

build up inside of ourselves, but also

how we utilize it in our daily life.

613

:

I wouldn't want to scream at somebody

over the counter because they are helping

614

:

me to check out at the grocery store,

or even to pay for my gas if I go to

615

:

the counter, instead of using one of

those electronic contraptions that are

616

:

now attached to gasoline pumps nowadays.

617

:

I don't want to be one of those

people that just continuously

618

:

screams about every single little

thing that has gone right, wrong, or

619

:

indifferent, or upside down in my life.

620

:

I don't want this to be an exercise

of just sharing my energy over and

621

:

over again in such a negative way,

but at the same time, I don't want

622

:

to be the quietest voice in the room,

always trying to respect and appreciate

623

:

what other people are trying to say,

because there's something more to our

624

:

energy level, then what meets the eye?

625

:

I don't know if you have somebody in your

life that you've been neglecting, and you

626

:

might not even realized it, and you might

have people in your life too, that you're

627

:

trying to figure out why is it that it's

so difficult to have a conversation with.

628

:

We all share different types of energies,

and what we attract as those patterns in

629

:

our lives, oftentimes is because of the

different things that we have going on.

630

:

I am asking you to be a little bit more

intentional as you move forward in your

631

:

life when it comes to not only the things

that you share, but the things that

632

:

you share as experiences with others.

633

:

Even the things that you think you

are deserving and gratified to have in

634

:

your life should not be something that

is easily handed to you as a present,

635

:

just like a kid on Christmas Day.

636

:

It's not about just receiving gifts,

but about giving the gifts so that you

637

:

feel not only part of that celebration,

but that other people feel the same

638

:

way because they will carry that

energy that is often forgotten about,

639

:

especially if you're not paying attention

to what they have been providing

640

:

to you as a source of inspiration,

encouragement and opportunity as well.

641

:

I don't know if you know all the

history about why somebody might be

642

:

reacting a certain way, so take pause.

643

:

Think about what you might be

saying to someone else, and see what

644

:

kind of energy they are exuding.

645

:

Maybe just paying attention a little bit

more can help them get through their day,

646

:

and you might be a helpful influence for

those people that might need to have that

647

:

listening ear from you, because remember,

do you want to attract the people that you

648

:

want in a positive way, or a negative way?

649

:

How do you want to portray yourself?

650

:

I don't want to be forgotten, long

after, haunting some house, or haunting

651

:

other people's lives, thinking that I

deserved something when I was in the

652

:

real world, and I don't think that you

want to have the same thing happen to

653

:

you, so be a little bit more intentional.

654

:

Think about the things that you might be

doing, because it can help you, not just

655

:

in the professional sense, but in the

personal sense as well, giving the person

656

:

that you have not been appreciating that

respect, that joy, that encouragement,

657

:

can make such a big difference.

658

:

I know I've learned a lot from Anna's

experiences that will help me in creating

659

:

that best value, whether that is for

myself, or for the clients that I meet,

660

:

but I certainly don't want to be haunted

by their spirits in the afterlife if

661

:

I didn't treat them the right way, and

it gives me great pause to think about

662

:

the fact that we have these medical,

mental, and energy levels that we all

663

:

need to respect, so if we're able to do

that, and if we're able to escape from

664

:

the mainstream bells and whistles, and

we've learned a little bit more about

665

:

the background of why things happen the

way they do, I think then you won't be

666

:

haunted by your own energy levels, let

alone other people of Christmas past, or

667

:

even other sort of holiday past for that

matter, because you will then have that

668

:

aura that everybody will want to have.

669

:

Everybody will want to be on your side,

and maybe learn a little bit about

670

:

you too, because if you set the right

energy level, you will be respected.

671

:

You will enjoy what is around you.

672

:

You will attract who you want, and

more importantly, you'll be the

673

:

best person in the world to have

the relationships, confidence, and

674

:

determination, to increase your

visibility in this ever changing world.
